What reporting do we receive?

We provide a monthly reconciliation and invoice. Each transaction will be time, date, and amount stamped so you can see the traffic to your business. 

Are there any costs associated for businesses?

GiveShop is free to join! The only cost you incur will be when a transaction has occurred from a participant of GiveShop

As a small business I am interested in this product to support local clubs. What cost is there to me?

There is no upfront cost or lock in contract. A small fee of 2.2% inclusive of VAT will go to GiveShop and then an agreed upon amount between yourself and the group. The average incentive is around 8% for a total of 10%. The more you give, the more you will get in return.

What will my return on investment be?

You only pay for the sales you make, meaning GiveShop creates a larger customer base for you and in turn, you support the community that is supporting your business. Your business grows through the support of GiveShop users.

How can we sponsor a charity through our e-commerce sales?

All we need are a few details about your business and we set you up on the app to begin sponsoring through your e-commerce sales. You start this process by registering your interest on our website.

The best way to find out what in-store businesses are in your area and what online businesses are signed-up to GiveShop is to download the app and browse through our brands.

How do we register our business to appear on the GiveShop App?

This is great news! You can register via our website. Visit our website, register your interest, and a GiveShop team member will get back to you shortly with the next steps.

How do I know where my sponsorship money is going?

You will receive a monthly report which shows you who is using your business. 

We would like to promote GiveShop on our website. Is there material you can provide?

Absolutely. Contact your Client Success Manager or email support@giveshop.co.uk and we can create a bespoke web asset just for you.

How can I share GiveShop with my community?

There are plenty of ways to share GiveShop with your friends including; sharing the app with your friends using the ‘share with friends’ button in your profile; re-share content from our social media pages; or getting in touch with the GiveShop team and we can arrange a bulk SMS to your group of supporters. Word of mouth is a very powerful tool to build brand trust.

How is the sponsorship percentage decided?

Up to you! The more you give the more you get!

I’ve registered my business, now what?

Tell everyone! Shout it from the roof top and watch your business grow. We provide a few assets including a poster you can put up in your shop front to show you are a socially responsible business, giving back to the community.
